The king room was well-kept with a view over Lac Léman. Very efficient service. I had really nice days staying at this old-fashioned hotel.

We loved the location and food. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like La Voile, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

The stay was very nice. Planned to see Evian-les-Bains major attractions and it was nice base for visiting all of them. The atmosphere created was family! The breakfast was sumptuous and marvellous and had a wide range of food.

Internet was terrible, made me a little nervous.

The location couldn't be better - right on the lake, allowing for stunning views. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a balcony to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of options, perfect to start the day.

Everything was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

Walking along the lake. Although it rained whilst we were there, it was still lovely to walk along the front. Didnt find many good restaurants, enjoyed going up the mountain in the cable car and having basic lunch at the top, but again weather prevented us walking down.

Staff were not very friendly, it was not a relaxed place, more like a old style b&b without the breakfast! Pretty room, hard bed. Really enjoyed the evening meal we had although it was not really suitable for children.

Stayed here before and would definitely return.

It was a unique and romantic hotel for a trip to Evian-les-Bains. the location was amazing, at a walking distance from a Catholic church. - I greatly enjoyed the French meals offered at the lakeside restaurant.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Hotel right on the lakefront. Short walk to city center. Very good restaurant with a good quality/price ratio for the "menus", better than some restaurants in Paris. Modern bathroom in the rooms, very clean. Continental breakfast had a large variety of items.

Room was small, and a little expensive. There were at least 2 too many chairs in the room. Lakeview was not very impressive due to small window size. Decoration was cute and cosy, but too many small knicknacks and such. This is your great-grandmother's hotel.

Our room didn't exactly have a lake view. And overkill on teddy bear decorations.

The rooms were beautifully decorated with a floral balcony overlooking the back garden. the breakfast was sumptuous and comprehensive. - the location was nice, in a beautiful setting.

Everything was just excellent and the restaurent was fabulous.

Right on the lake, this hotel offers breathtaking views from the rooms with balconies. The attention to detail in the decoration of this English cottage-style building is evident, creating a cozy and charming atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond, as they arranged concert tickets for me and even allowed me to bring my dog, making my stay truly enjoyable.

No area for improvement needed, everything was perfect.

Spotlessly clean room and superb en suite. Great view of lake.

Room small. Staff curt. Easier to get an appointment with an nhs doctor than to get a drink on the terrace !
